Bodybuilding is a 24 hour, 7 day a week sport, where workouts may only be 2 hours long, but the dieting carries day in, day out. I started preparing on 12/30/2019 at 209lbs for a show next week on 3/28/2020 I was 169lbs this morning 2 years ago if you told me I would progress the way I have so far, I wouldn’t believe it but thanks to the education, motivation, mentoring, coaching, and friendship from @stevenxp14 , Ive opened doors for myself that I never thought would be possible It’s unfortunate to see 2,200 hours of work build up to this but the experience and knowledge I’ve taken away from the journey are insurmountable. The biggest question now is where to go from here – With #covid19 disrupting daily life I’ll have some time to figure it out, but when everything blows over, I’m making up for lost time. #didntcomethisfartoonlycomethisfar @stevenxp14 @alphadesignphotos @ruff_diesel @hight_supps @hight_gentlemen @jeremysayers
