Took a while but here’s my entry for the @bostonproshow Mon Ethos posing competition! . This was a challenge for sure. The song is not only one I’ve never heard but definitely not in my typical posing style. On top of this there were no mirrors to practice with or use in reference during recording, which really gives you a taste of that on stage feeling! Overall though I’m mostly just happy and thankful to be mobile enough again to do what I love. I ignored small injuries in order to keep training until they lead to large complications (exactly what I tell clients NOT to do 😅) which have prevented me from training as I like. I’ve been seeing a chiropractor and doing more lightweight/functional movements and 😱cardio😱 for the past few weeks and I’m starting to feel like myself again. Just gotta take it a day at a time and use each day to get a little better!
