Benquil IFBB Pro, will compete at the Boston Pro Show on June 20, 2020.

Originally from Covington Louisiana, I currently reside in Owensboro KY. I graduated from Kentucky Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. I work full-time in management for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and also train/coach lifestyle and competition clients. I have a French Bulldog named Belle that shares my living space with me. My goal is qualify for the 2020 Mr. Olympia and one day win the competition.
