Alysha IFBB Pro, will compete at the Boston Pro Show on June 20, 2020.

My name is Alysha Mills and I am from, Ontario, Canada, currently living in Scottsdale, Arizona.

I started weight training as a way to fill an athletic void I had when I was no longer heavily involved in sports. After a few years of training, I decided I would give competing a shot.

I started competing in 2013 in the bikini division and fell in love with this sport. I moved up to the figure division in 2015 and earned my IFBB Pro card in 2019.

I started coaching clients in 2016 and since then have continued to grow my coaching business and help others reach their physique goals.

I am extremely honored to be part of the IFBB Pro league and I am extremely excited to be making my Pro Debut at the Boston Pro Show
