Diogo Ferreira Montenegro, born in Rio de Janeiro. I've always played a lot of sports like football, basketball, rugby, running 100 and 400m. In 2005, at the age of 14, I entered a weight room for the first time. At that time my only goal was to improve my physique as I was very thin. In 2011, while studying Physics Ed at Universidade Federal Fluminense, a classmate invited me to watch a bodybuilding competition, from which I became passionate about the sport, and, without much pretension, I started my career as an athlete. In 2012 I won two competitions; in 2013 I was vice champion of the Arnold Classic Brazil; in 2014 I was champion of the Arnold Classic Brazil and Overall Champion of the Arnold Classic Europe, which gave me the right to the dreamed-of pro card. From then onwards, I have won 7 victories in my 7 years as a professional, being the only Brazilian in my category to qualify 5 times for Mr. Olympia and get the best place in the Mr. Olympia, 3rd place in 2021.
