I am a full-time personal trainer and bodybuilder hailing from Venice, California. Classically trained by Charles Glass and Chris Aceto with mentors like Will Harris, Silvio Samuel, Dave Fisher and many others, I aim to keep the old-school methods of 90s body building alive going forward into the next generation of athletes.

I'm 34 years old, originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico.

My greatest passion is exploring the limitations of the human mind, body and spirit.
