Posing is hands-down, one of my favorite parts of the process! 💃🏻 My goal isn’t just to master a front and back pose, but every transition in between, as well as being able to pose on both right and left sides to avoid creating muscular imbalances. ❤️🙌🏻 Start out with the basics, but once you master those, never stop learning and improving! .
